Where every lease writes a new chapter

Commercial real estate professionals building the spaces of tomorrow across Quebec and Ontario.

At K2 Real Estate, we combine expertise and heart. Our leadership and property teams come from diverse backgrounds in development, retail, finance, and construction. Together, we design, build, and manage with one goal in mind: creating the right space for the right tenant. From retail corridors to office towers, we walk the talk — with trust, transparency, and long-term thinking at the core of everything we do.
